Unibet Reviews 2021

Who owns and operates Unibet? How long have they been in business?

Unibet is part of the Kindred Group. They’re one of the largest gambling companies online with 13 different brands, one of which is 32Red.

And by large, we mean 650+ employees large – which helps them serve the 9.5 million customers they have in 100+ different countries.

They got their start back in 1997. So, this year marks their 20-year anniversary.

How’s their reputation? What do others think of them?

It’s pretty good.

At first glance, it might not seem so. If you do a Google search for Unibet scam, you’ll come across a few forum posts and reviews that say Unibet has done shady things, such as close accounts on a whim or seize player balances.

But I have a couple issues with these accusations – one, there’s hardly any proof; and two, several of these complaints are 2-3+ years old.

It’s hard to skewer a company without any proof. And any accusations or complaints more than a few months, maybe a year old, have little relevance today.

Once you get past this stuff, though, you’ll see that Unibet has a pretty solid reputation amongst watchdog and review sites.

For example:

  • ThePogg.com – A recommend casino. ThePogg.com says they have a well-established relationship with the Kindred Group, and that they’re happy to discuss player complaints submitted to ThePogg.
  • WizardOfOdds.com – An Endorsed Casino.
  • CasinoListings.com – 9/10 rating. Highly recommended.
  • Casinomeister.com – 9.1/10 CM rating. 8.5/10 user rating. An Accredited Casino.

AskGamblers.com had the worst rating – 6.58/10. They also had 12 player complaints, of which only 6 of them were resolved.

Most of the complaints that went unresolved were a result of Unibet deciding that the identification documents sent in by the player wasn’t good enough, thus they closed the accounts (per their T&Cs).

There was one case where AskGamblers.com said they didn’t feel as if Unibet had enough proof the player did anything wrong. They recommended the player go to the gaming authority (Malta) and file a complaint.

I can see where AskGamblers.com is coming from.

It’d be helpful to see more proof or a more detailed explanation of what these players are doing wrong (ID check-wise). That way maybe players can do a better job of preparing and sending in documents in the future.

But with so many customers, I’m sure Unibet has too much on their plate (dealing with fraud and fraud prevention) to justify explaining everything in detail, much less on a 3rd party website.

Other than that specific case, I didn’t see anything wrong. In fact, most reports were positive (namely about their fast and consistent cash outs).

The bottom line – Unibet has a solid reputation. You have nothing to worry about playing here.

PayPal £10 £15 0% Up to 12 Hours

Bank Wire No Min £15 Free 3-5 Days
Entropay £5 £15 0% 1-3 Days

Min deposits starts at £5. The max is £10,000.

For cash outs, the min is around £15, and the max can be as high as £50,000. It just depends on the option you use.

Here are the details behind their evergreen offers:

  • Sports – Get a risk-free bet. If your first bet loses, you’ll receive a 100% refund up to £25. This has a 3x rollover in the sportsbook with minimum odds of 1.4.
  • Casino – Receive a 100% match bonus up to £100. This has a 25x playthrough in the casino, and a 35x playthrough in the live casino.
  • Poker – Get up to £200 and a £500 freeroll ticket.

The biggest thing I noticed here is the size of the offers – they’re relatively small compared to your everyday gambling site. But the playthroughs are reasonable, and there are additional offers you can claim once you’re done with these.

We go over a few of those in the next section.

What additional promotions can you claim?

You’ll find their additional offers on their promotions page. We included the details for some of the evergreen deals below.

  • Outsider Special – Receive special rewards when you back a 6.00 winner in the racebook. If your horse wins, you’ll receive a £10 free bet.
  • American Sports Promos – These are their current offers for NFL, NBA and NHL matches.
  • NFL Profit Boost – Receive a 25% profit boost on NFL four-folds. Add a four-fold (or greater) to your slip, and you’ll be able to choose the Profit Boost before you bet. You only get one per week, and the odds need to be 1.20 or higher. The max stake is capped at £20 and the most you can win is £1,000 per week.
  • NBA Free Bet Club – Stake a total of £50 on live bets at 1.4 odds or higher, and you’ll receive a £10 bet. You can take them up on this offer each week.
  • NHL Overtime Refund – Place a pre-match bet of at least £5 on odds of 1.4 or higher. If your bet loses in overtime, you’ll receive a refund worth up to £

  • £2,000 Cash Drop – Wager at least £10 on any of these games…
    • Leprechaun Goes to Hell
    • The Invisible Man
    • Grim Muerto
    • Bloodsuckers
    • Dead or Alive

…and you’ll be entered to win a share of the £2,000 prize pool. If you play on your mobile device, your min bet can be as low as £5. And ‘cash drops’ will range from £5 to £20 per player.

Unibet’s casino also has limited time promotions, such as slot tournaments. The current one has a £20,000 prize pool with £3,000 going to first, £1,000 going to 2nd and 3rd, and the remaining 497 players receiving as much as £500.

The point – it makes sense to bookmark their promotions page so you’re informed whenever these offers come up.

Unibet doesn’t have any evergreen bingo offers – not when I checked them out. But to give you an idea of what to expect, here are some details about their limited time offers:

  • £1,000 Winner Takes All Tournament – This was a weekly tournament. To qualify, all you need to do is wager £35 on any of their mini game slots. From here you’ll gain access to their promo room where you’ll play bingo and earn points based on the different outcomes. The one with the most points wins.
  • Game On – The reopened their exclusive Game On bingo room. To participate, you need to spend at least £35 on one of their mini games. From here you’ll get to play for their £1,000 prize.
  • Private Room – Purchase £15 worth of tickets (within 24 hours) and get access to their Grand Slam Room, where they offer exclusive games with a guaranteed prize pool of £7,200. This offer is available every day.

  • Pot Limit Omaha MTTs – This isn’t a particular promotion, but more or less an announcement that they offer daily PLO tournaments with guaranteed prize pools. The guarantees vary from £25 to £500, and buy-ins are £1 to £50.
  • Bounty Freerolls – This is the first time I’ve seen something like this. These are freeroll bounty tournaments where – despite having not paid anything – you’ll earn money for knocking players out. You’ll earn 2-cents per player you knock out. And several of these tournaments offer nominal real money prize pools, too.

They also give away packages to live events. For example, they had two offers where you could win a free European Open package. One package included 4 nights stay at the Wynn, breakfast/dinner, welcome drinks and travel expenses.

Receive £20 cash for every friend you refer that fulfills their playthrough requirements.

Unlike other programs, though, you’re limited to 15 referrals. Still, that’s an additional £300 you can earn without having to do much of anything other than tell your friends where you gamble online.

Overall Thoughts

Something you don’t see a lot of with Unibet’s promotions are additional deposit bonuses. It’s a unique mix of cash back, risk-free bets, tournaments and contests instead.

Some people want more bonuses - if that’s you, then maybe Unibet isn’t the right option. However, I’d rather have a risk-free bet or £10 in cashback over a £500+ bonus I’d need to wager multiples of before I can cash out.

One thing I didn’t see is a comps or VIP program. That’s one change I’d like them to make.

Other than that, I thought everything looked pretty good. And I wouldn’t be surprised if they advertised more offers on the backend, to their existing customer base.

Let’s talk about Unibet’s sportsbook. We’ll start with all the sports and markets they cover.

Unibet covers a lot of different sports. Here’s what you can expect to find action for:

  • Football
  • Tennis
  • Basketball
  • Ice hockey
  • American football
  • Athletics
  • Australian rules
  • Baseball
  • Boxing
  • Chess
  • Cricket
  • Cycling
  • Darts
  • esports
  • Enhances accas
  • Gaelic sports
  • Golf
  • Handball
  • Horse racing
  • Motorsports
  • Politics
  • Rugby league
  • Rugby union
  • Snooker
  • Surfing
  • Table tennis
  • Trotting
  • TV & Novelty
  • Unibet Featured
  • Volleyball
  • Winter Olympic Games
  • Winter Sports
  • WWE
  • Greyhounds

What I like about how they list their sports is that they display how many markets you can bet on. These numbers tell you clearly what sports are more/least popular.

For example:

  • Football – 40,392
  • Tennis – 540
  • Basketball – 271
  • Baseball – 365
  • Chess – 3
  • Darts – 2
  • Surfing – 3

Some people might laugh at the 2 or 3 markets, but I say at least Unibet is covering them. Many sportsbooks can’t say the same thing.

Types of Bets

Here are the types of bets you can make at Unibet. Keep in mind it will depend on the sport you’re betting on.

  • Single
  • Combination
  • Trixie
  • Yankee
  • Bankers
  • Match
  • Total goals
  • Both teams to score
  • Double Chance
  • Half time
  • Total goals – 1st half
  • Draw no bet
  • Asian handicap
  • Total goals by home team
  • Total goals by away team
  • Outrights
  • Accumulators

And more. But you can see they cover the basics.

Betting Limits

Unibet’s minimum bet is £0.10. On the upper end, you can win up to £1,000,000 for football and horse racing, and between £250,000 and £500,000 for tennis, golf, rugby, crickets and darts.

The lowest payout limits are around £50,000 for novelty and special bets.

One area we’re interested in is esports. It’s a growing industry, so naturally, we’re seeing more interest in the online gambling industry too. So, we like to see what esports options each sportsbook has to offer.

Unibet’s esports section is split up in 3 tabs:

Counter Strike: Global Offensive

  • Dreamhack Malmo

  • The International

League of Legends

  • CBLoL
  • Latin America South
  • LCS EU
  • OGN Champions Korea
  • Thailand Pro League

Clicking on any one of these options will act as a filter, and narrow down your options on the Live & Upcoming page to whatever you clicked on.

I suspect these options change as tournaments or leagues begin and end.

There wasn’t much under the Outrights tab when I checked it out – just the Dreamhack Malmo tournament. But, again, the schedule and options likely fluctuate.

As for the Live & Upcoming, they covered matches more than 10 days out. They also tell you which of these matches will be covered live. Though, the only live matches were through the following day. So, I’m not sure how soon you know a match will be covered live.

It doesn’t look like they offer live e-sport streaming. That’s sort of a bummer – but many sportsbooks don’t live stream esports, either, so it’s not a huge mark against Unibet …yet.

Overall, I’d say Unibet has an average to slightly above average esports section. There were more than 90 different markets/options to bet on when I reviewed them, so I’m sure this will satisfy most bettors.

Live Betting

Unibet offers live betting.

When I checked them out they were covering football (easily the most popular / matches), tennis, basketball, ice hockey, athletics, esports, snooker and table tennis.

They offer live streaming, too. You can tell which matches are streaming by the little green UTV icon next to the sport (under the name of both teams).

It says in the racebook that you can make the min $1 bet and get full access to their live stream. That’s a pretty decent deal, I think, since you’ll pay more to watch the game at home or in a bar.

Their FAQ says all you need is some money in your account to access the live stream (for the sportsbook, I assume). And if you don’t have money in your account, you can still watch the live stream if you made a bet in the past 24 hours.

Sportsbook Software

You can access their sportsbook from your computer or mobile device. Both worked well for me.

It looks like Unibet has native apps for Android and iOS, which will clearly be better than their desktop. Live streaming is available on the app, too.

But definitely check out their site first – you may decide you don’t need the app.

Overall Thoughts

I think they have a solid sportsbook.

Other experts agree. Many liked how many markets they covered, while others complimented them on their relatively low margins (3.8-4.4%).

It sounds like their odds are on par, if not better than the industry average.

The biggest drawback is that I get the impression that they limit winners. I base this on other reviews and forum posts, so it’s hard to know for sure.

Either way, I wouldn’t let that stop me from checking them out.

Casino Games

What software providers do they work with? What kinds of games can you play?

Unibet works with several casino software providers.

or example:

  • Microgaming
  • NetEnt
  • GTS
  • Nyx Interactive
  • Play’n GO
  • IGT (WagerWorks)
  • Jadestone
  • Genesis Gaming
  • Quickspin
  • Relax Gaming
  • Thunderkick
  • Push Gaming
  • Skillzzgaming
  • Blueprint Gaming

They cover all the basics – slots, table games, card games, blackjack, video poker, progressive jackpots and live dealer games.

When you hit the ‘All Games’ filter, they say they have 596 casino games to choose from. Though there may be some overlap, one thing is for sure – you won’t have a hard time finding something to play.

What devices is their casino compatible with? Are they mobile compatible?

You’ll have two options –

  • You can play from your computer using their instant play (browser) casino. So long as you use Google Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer or Fire Fox, you should be good to go. That includes Windows, Linux and Mac users.
  • You can play from your mobile phone or tablet, too. Their instant play casino has 429 games listed, but I’ve no idea if you can actually play all 429 games, or if they’re all mobile compatible. Some software providers (even the heavy hitters) aren’t.

There’s also an app (casino, spin city, live casino) for Android and iOS users.

What are some examples of games you can play?

Here are some examples of games you can play:

  • Starburst
  • Mega Fortune Dreams
  • Dracula
  • Moon Princess
  • Ted
  • Emoticoins
  • Bonanza
  • Book of Dead
  • Twin Spin
  • Castle Builder
  • Divine Fortune
  • Gonzo’s Quest
  • Dead or Alive
  • Super Flip
  • Reel Steal
  • Devils Delight
  • Mega Moolah
  • Sakura Fortune
  • Wins of Fortune
  • Flame Busters
  • Jack and The Beanstalk
  • Raging Rhino
  • King Kong Cash
  • Fruit Shop
  • Bloodsuckers
  • Goldilocks
  • Jack Hammer
  • Playboy
  • Top Cat
  • Quest for Gold
  • Ban of Prank
  • Wild Wild West
  • Guns N Roses
  • Game of Thrones
  • Sinbad
  • Zeus
  • Thunder Struck II
  • Immortal Romance
  • Frankenstein
  • Diamond Dogs
  • Excalibur
  • Beauty & The Beast
  • Aloha
  • Motorhead
  • Pimped
  • The Pig Wizard
  • Firestorm
  • The Wishmaster
  • Troll Hunters
  • Bruce Lee
  • Jurassic World
  • Wild Antics
  • Live Jass
  • Jimi Hendrix
  • Terminator 2
  • Creature from The Black Lagoon
  • Ghost Pirates
  • Deal or No Deal
  • Merlin’s Millions
  • Hansel And Gretel
  • Mad Mad Monkey
  • Silver Lion
  • Red Riding Hood
  • Superman – Son of Krypton
  • When Pigs Fly
  • Cosmic Fortune
  • Wild Blood
  • Wizard of Oz Ruby Slippers
  • Copy Cats
  • Lost Vegas
  • Peter and The Lost Boys
  • Batman
  • The Invisible Man
  • Jurassic Park
  • Demolition Squad
  • Tomb Raider II
  • Haul of Hades
  • Hugo
  • Green Lantern
  • The Flash

This barely scrapes the surface. This is only 80 of the 493 different slot machines you can play.

My favorites are the superhero slots – Batman and Superman – the movie slots – Terminator, Jurassic Park and Jurassic World – and the slots revolving around the old school monster movies – Frankenstein, The Invisible Man and Create from the Black Lagoon.

The bottom line, though, is that they have all sorts of slot machines to choose from.

You have a few options for finding the perfect machine faster, too. For example, you can use the different filters in the navigation.

Those include:

  • Classic Slots
  • Vegas Slots
  • Action
  • Animals
  • Fantasy
  • Film & TV
  • Music

They have plenty of jackpots, too. For example, the Mega Fortune Dreams was sitting at 2.4 million when I checked them out. Divine Fortune was sitting at 48,417. And Mega Moolah – a slot that has paid out millions over the past decade – is sitting with 4.1 million – just waiting for someone to win it.

Table & Cards

Here are your options under the Table & Cards section. This list also includes their live dealer games.

  • Live Roulette - Grande
  • Live Blackjack – Grande
  • Live Baccarat – Grande
  • Live Money Wheel – Grande
  • Roulette
  • Live Casino Holdem – Grande
  • Live 3 Card Poker – Grande
  • French Roulette
  • Live Ultimate Texas Holdem
  • Blackjack
  • Blackjack Multihand
  • Live Roulette Royale
  • Live Blackjack – Royale
  • European Roulette
  • Live Caribean Stud Poker
  • Texas Holdem Bonus
  • 3 Card Holdem
  • Lucky Lucky Blackjack
  • Multiplayer Roulette
  • Blackjack 6 In 1
  • French Roulette
  • Blackjack Double Exposure
  • Blackjack Lucky Ladies
  • Buster Blackjack
  • Double Ball Roulette
  • Beat Me
  • Oasis Poker
  • Pontoon
  • Classic Blackjack
  • Atlantic City Blackjack
  • Red Dog
  • Multi Wheel Roulette

They have more than 80 table games (including their live games). Stakes depend on the game, but they start at £1 and peak at £1,000. The few exceptions are roulette games, where you can bet as much as £200,000, depending on the variant.

Video Poker

  • Jacks Or Better
  • Jacks or Better Multi Hand
  • Deuces Wild
  • Joker Poker
  • Pile Poker
  • Joker Wild
  • Jacks or Better Power Poker
  • All American

This is probably the most disappointing section for me. They have 13 video poker games listed, yet several of them are duplicates, like jacks or better or deuces wild.

They come from different software providers, which makes things a little better. But I don’t think you need more than a couple variations of each game.

And I’d rather have fewer variations if it meant having more unique game titles to choose from.

Overall Thoughts

Unibet has an excellent casino. There’s lots of games and diversity. It’s hard to go wrong here.

One of the things I like about Unibet’s casino are their filters. They have so many games – it can take a long time to wade through them all.

But by choosing:

  • Unibet Picks
  • New Games
  • Slots
  • Table & Cards
  • Exclusives
  • Jackpots
  • Video Poker

You can quickly narrow your search to only the games you want to play. They also have a search bar if you know the title of the game you want to play.

Other than that, you can choose a game based on highest wins of ‘all time’ or highest wins ‘weekly.’ You can also choose from their ‘Overall Favorites’ list. So, if you’re undecided, maybe that’s where you should look.

Unibet also has a Games section, which is listed between Live Casino and Bingo in their navigation.

I checked it out – there’s little that’s different about the 63 games listed here than what you’ll find in their casino.

The few exceptions are their keno games and scratch tickets. But if you’re not into those kinds of games, then there’s probably no reason to go to the Games section.

Overall, I like Unibet’s casino.

Let’s talk about Unibet’s poker room next.

I’ve reviewed many all-in-one sites the past year or two, and I’ve noticed that the poker room tends to be the weakest product of the bunch.

This is usually due to online poker taking a dive following Black Friday. Only the top poker sites receive any traffic worth talking about – PokerStars (and their network), IDNPoker and 888poker.

Everyone else is left fighting for the scraps.

That includes Unibet. They’re 10th in worldwide traffic as I write this, and other reviews suggest this doesn’t change too much. Their 7-day average is 700 players and their 24-hour peak is 1,150.

This makes it hard to get terribly excited about Unibet’s poker room, no matter what they have to offer. Because, without other players, games don’t run.

So, that’s just something to keep in mind while you read about their games.

The upside is that Unibet focuses on recreational players. They’ve banned heads-up displays to discourage better players from joining, and have targeted their marketing towards the casual player in attempt to do the same.

And since recreational players don’t have to worry about game volume like pros do, then maybe the lack of traffic won’t be nearly as big a concern.

It’s more an inconvenience.

Anyway, enough of that. Just remember that traffic will be a recurring theme throughout this review. But if you can get past that, Unibet might have a few things you like.

Cash Games and Stakes

The games Unibet offers includes Texas Holdem, pot limit Omaha and Banzai. Stakes range from .02/.04 to 4/8 for Holdem and Omaha, while you can play Banzai for .005/.01 to .10/.20.

You’ll find the most Holdem action from NL4 to NL25. There are usually a few hundred players. But at the higher limits, starting at NL50, you’ll find far fewer games running.

However, what’s funny about that is there’s not much of a difference from NL50 to NL400 in terms of player traffic. You’ll find a few dozen players scattered at each of these levels.

For that reason, it’s a good idea to play during peak (European) times to ensure you can find games running. I’ve seen suggestions that playing between 19:00 and 00:00 is best. Of course, you’ll find more action during the weekends, too.

Unibet runs plenty of tournaments. Though, as I’ve mentioned above, traffic is lacking. Which probably explains the smaller guarantees.

On the flip side, between the crossover traffic from the sportsbook and casino – which is usually weak and fishy – and the lower traffic levels, chances are good that basic poker strategy will take you a long ways.

Anyway, they have a nifty chart that shows you the tournaments offered on their site. They even split them up based on stakes.

Here’s what they have to offer:

Unibet UK Tour €100 Final €100.00
EO Special Edition €50 Turbo €50.00
€4000 GTD Sunday Entitled €90.00

My biggest complaint with these tournaments is that the buy-ins are relatively expensive, not only to other poker sites, but also to the guaranteed prize pool.

For example, the Dig Deep Omaha Bounty – you’re paying €50 to enter a tournament with a €300 guarantee. Granted, some of your buy-in likely goes to your bounty – but even if your bounty was €20 and the buy-in €30, that’s still expensive.

That’s not the only example. Look at the €4,000 GTD Sunday Entitled. The buy-in is €90 – they only need 40-ish players to meet the guarantee.

Based on that I get the impression that Unibet wants to make sure the guarantees are met, and that they don’t have to fork the cash out themselves. Makes sense, but I wonder if they could offset the buy-in and maybe even attract more players by offering .10 to €5 satellites to these tourneys?

Just some food for thought. Anyway, let’s talk about some of the good stuff.

One thing I like about their tournaments is that you can buy-in for cheap. It’s hard to complain when you can buy into a tournament for .10, €1 or €4.

This does a couple of things for you – one, you can get started with a real small bankroll – like €20 or €50. And since they’re tournaments, you’ll get a lot of bang for your buck, even if you don’t win anything.

And because the buy-ins are so low, there’s not much traffic and the players are fishier, you’ll experience far less variance than you would on a larger site.

In short, this is a great place to cut your teeth on tournaments. There are plenty of freerolls, too, if you happen to be starting with a little or no bankroll at all.

One of the unique things about Unibet is that they used to be on Microgaming software. But that’s no longer the case.

Software differences aside, this was a good move on Unibet’s part because it removed them from the MPN (Microgaming Poker Network). Last I checked they had less traffic (they’re listed in 16th on Poker Scout).

Unibet now uses their own proprietary software. There are several neat things about it. But let’s talk about compatibility first.

You can download their software. This is compatible with both Windows and Macs. A Mac-compatible download isn’t very common, so that’s neat to see.

If downloading software isn’t for you, you can always play in their instant-play poker room. And considering that it’s almost identical to their download, that’s the route I would suggest starting with. It works in any major browser.

They also have a native mobile app for iOS and Android users. You can play their cash games, SNGs and MTTs. It sounds like many of their features are available, too. This is neat to see as many poker rooms usually strip down their poker rooms for mobile users.

Now let’s talk about features and options. Here are some of the features, options and rules you can expect to find at Unibet Poker:

  • You cannot use database and heads-up display software at Unibet.
  • You can change aliases and your avatar up to 3 times per day. Do this to discourage opposing players from recognizing and picking up any tells on you.
  • Quick seat. You don’t get to choose which table you sit at. Unibet uses a ‘quick seat’ function so that players unable to hunt players down, or wait for tables with better metrics.
  • Inactive players are dimmed. This is a neat feature that eliminates any confusion about who’s involved in a hand.
  • They have a Twitch account where they stream tournaments, offer hand analysis and give away prizes.

Then there are your basic or fundamental software features:

  • 4-color deck
  • Simple deck
  • Display avatars
  • Show hand strength
  • Play in cents
  • Table prioritization
  • 100+ avatars
  • Several table backgrounds to choose from

Their software – namely prohibiting 3rd party software, showing hand strength, the ability to change avatars/aliases, 4-color decks, etc. – make it clear how much Unibet is focused on attracting recreational players.

Not only that, but they have something called Poker Challenges. You earn points by completing two different kinds of missions – Minor and Major.

A minor mission might be something like ‘be dealt a suited hand.’ A Major Challenge might be winning a hand post-flop when you have a hand worse than one pair.’

Each challenge is split up into steps. And the number of steps there are is how many times you need to complete that challenge before you receive your points.

Rewards for completing challenges and earning points include things cash, new avatars, bonuses, tickets and bonus points.

This is definitely a recreational player type promotion, as a multi-tabling pro will cross challenges like those off their list within a few minutes of starting their session. Most pros won’t get excited at the thought of unlocking new avatars, either.

Overall Thoughts

Unibet has a neat poker room. It’s too bad they suffer on the traffic side of things, like 99% of all online poker sites do.

That said, if you’re a recreational player; if you have a smaller bankroll; if you’re new to (online) poker; if you want a more even playing field; any or all of these reasons are good enough to check out Unibet’s poker room.

Last up is Unibet’s bingo room.

They have 6 different bingo rooms. Those rooms include:

  • All Stars – 75-ball bingo.
  • Grand Prix – 90-ball bingo
  • The Arena – 75-ball VAR
  • The Podium – 90-ball
  • Grand Slam – 75-ball VAR
  • Game On – 75-ball

You can use their filter to quickly hone in on the games you want to play.

Tickets start at £0.05 (though they do offer freerolls) and are as high as £3. Prizes range from £5 to £2,000.

Something I found interesting is how some of their games have different features. This makes the games a little different, more interesting or profitable.

For example:

  • 2G – This game rewards the players who were/are close to winning. If you only had 1-2 numbers left at the end of the game, but someone else got a bingo, you’ll win a share of an additional pot.
  • Loop – This has a loop symbol. It increases your chances of winning by rolling on bingo features and potentially winning prizes.
  • BOGO – This is a card or tag symbol. For every card (or more) you buy, you’ll receive a card (or more) for free.

These sorts of things can make your everyday bingo game a little more exciting.

Something else I noticed were all the games running. There were TONS. They had 444 pages of 20 games scheduled. Games start every few seconds/minutes – it doesn’t look like you’ll have to wait long for something to play.

But, even if you did, you have access to their casino games, scratch cards and arcade games.

They also have their Bingo Loyalty deal. You buy tickets and play side games to top up your Loyalty Meter. Whenever you reach a new level you get a spin on the Loyalty Wheel. Every spin is a guaranteed winner, and the higher up you go in levels, the bigger the prizes you can earn.

As far as their software is concerned – you can play their games from your browser, from both your desktop or mobile device.

Unlike their other products, they don’t have a native bingo app.

Overall Thoughts

I’m not a bingo expert, but based on the few reviews I’ve done I think Unibet has done a pretty good job. They only have a couple games, but I think that’s made up by the little add ons some of these games have (2G, Bogo, etc.). They also have a ton of games to play, so you’ll never have to wait for a game to start.

What do we think of Unibet? Do we recommend them to our readers?

Like every single all-in-one gambling site, some of Unibet’s products are better than others.

For example, their sportsbook and casino are far better than their poker product. But much of that, I think, comes down to how poker needs players for it to work and sports betting and casino games don’t. Because if their poker room had more traffic, I think it’d be an above average product.

Anyway, there are a few things I didn’t like about Unibet which I mentioned above. But these are minor complaints that were largely overshadowed by their strong products, multiple offers, gambling options and overall safety and reputation.

I think if you’re looking to join an all-in-one site, Unibet should be at the top of your list.

Unibet Casino is the official casino of the massive Unibet gaming network. It offers players a full range of games from a number of different software platforms, including NetEnt, Microgaming Quickfire, Genesis Gaming, Push Gaming, Blueprint Gaming, Skillzzgaming and WMS, all of which are completely instant-play. The casino holds a license from the jurisdiction of Malta. Regulations prevent Unibet Casino from accepting US players.

Few online casinos have the range of games that Unibet Casino has. The casino site is split up into three main portions: Casino Red (NetEnt), Casino Black (WMS/Microgaming Quickfire), and the live casino. While Casino Red is the largest and most popular of the three, players are welcome to play in any section with just one account. Funds transfers between sections are instant.

Casino Red is home to every NetEnt game currently available. This includes a vast number of innovative video slots with special features and unique themes. Among the most popular are Thief, Wild Turkey, Blood suckers, Gonzo's Quest, and Arabian Nights. The casino also features plenty of three-reel slots, table games, and video poker games.

Casino Black is one of the very few places online where you can play games from WMS. Save Dorothy and Toto in The Wizard of Oz, enter the world of mythology in Kronos, or show off your kung-fu skills in Bruce Lee. You can also access a number of different Microgaming titles, including Immortal Romance, Mega Moolah, and Tomb Raider II. Dozens of table games and video poker games are also available.

Mobile Gaming

Want to play on the go? If you own a compatible iPhone, iPad, or Android device, you can load up Unibet Mobile Casino and log in with your account information instantly. Play over 30 different slots and table games wherever you are.

We're very pleased with the level of customer support at Unibet Casino. If you have a question, you can get in touch with a representative through live chat at any hour of any day directly through the casino website. Alternatively, you can give the casino a call. UK players can use a freephone number, while international players have access to a special international line. Unibet also handles support inquiries through email.

Security and Fairness

Unibet takes great care to keep its players safe. Whenever you submit any personal or financial information to the casino, it is encrypted with 128-bit SSL technology. This ensures that your data stays obscured as it travels through the casino network. Players can validate the safety of the Unibet website by visiting the "Security information" page.

All of the games used by Unibet have been proven fair several times. The casino has displayed its official seal from eCogra, a major auditing firm and player advocate, to indicate its policy of fair play.

Pros and Cons

  • Competitive odds and excellent software.
  • Live streaming options better than most other bookmakers.
  • Small bonus, but excellent 5x rollover.
  • Several complaints about their support staff.
  • They tend to limit sharp bettors quickly.

Unibet Review Summary

Unibet is one of the largest bookmakers and online gambling sites in the world. They have been in business since 1997, which puts them close to two decades in online gaming. Few know that they are one of the largest betting sites in the world. They operate in over 100 countries and have over 14 million registered users. Their site is translated into over 20 different languages.

Unibet has their main offices in Malta. Their parent company is Nordic OMX, which is a Swedish and Finnish financial services company. The company operates several exchanges in the Nordic and Baltic states. Unibet Group plc. is publicly traded on the Nasdaq Stockholm. The Unibet Group has made several purchases over the last few years. In 2012, they acquired Bet24, an online bookie with roots in Denmark.

Best Betting Site Alternatives To UniBet Sportsbook

Unibet holds a license from the Malta Gaming Authority, the Remote Gambling Commission of the Government of Gibraltar, and the Alderney Gaming Commission. They hold local gambling licenses in the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Australia, Romania, and Estonia. Unibet’s gaming operations span the globe, but they are not available in a number of countries. Most notably, residents of the United States, Portugal, and Canada. Unibet provides players with a full assortment of gaming options all from one account. In addition to sports betting, they offer an online casino, live casino, bingo, and poker options.

A Personal Opinion On Unibet

What We Like About Unibet

Their odds are excellent. Especially when it comes to football, where their advantage is subtle than the vast majority of others bookies. It almost feels like they don’t get their due as a top bookmaker. Punters shouldn’t be surprised to find the best price at Unibet for top matches or other events. For live betting and streaming, there might not be a better option. Nearly every market has in-play betting options and around 30% of these events also have live streaming available. If you’re someone who loves watching your bets live – Unibet has to be at the top of your list.

What they lack in a deposit bonus is made up for with their excellent odds and other promotions. Overall, the bookmaker has very few downsides, particularly when it comes to odds. We’ll dare to call them even “unappreciated” in global betting markets.

What We Don’t Like About Unibet

Unibet’s support staff has been the subject of many complaints. They do offer 24/7 support through live chat, but players often complain about waiting for 15-20 minutes for a response. Phone lines are not 24/7 and have long wait times. Email responses can take more than 24 hours, which is subpar in today’s market. Their rating at Sportsbook Review is a C+. We don’t find this rating especially fair, considering they’re far safer than just about every American-facing sportsbook and most bookmakers worldwide. As always, SBR is a valuable resource, but their ratings often depend on who they are promoting, so their ratings and reviews should be taken with a grain of salt.

With that said, Unibet does still have some complaints on file from 2015, some of which probably relate to issues with support. However, SBR did give them a rating upgrade in 2015, after they resolved the issues they had on file at the time. Aside from issues with support, there isn’t a whole lot of other negatives. Their maximum payout per day is small at £100,000 per day for major markets, but that’s perfectly acceptable to the vast majority of punters. Their welcome bonus is a bit small at £25, but they more than make-up for this with their top-tier odds. Many players report have their bets limited quickly. It’s tough to verify this from forum posts alone, but it does make sense considering their low limits. Many bookmakers these days don’t want anyone who might be a winner, and Unibet may fall into this category.

Unibet Sportsbook Bonuses

£25 / € 50 100% Risk-Free Bet

All players that sign up at Unibet get a £25 risk free bet. To receive the bonus, it must be a new account. They previously cannot have opened an account with their other brands, such as the online casino or poker room. Risk-free bets are the worst kind of bonuses, and the small amount isn’t significant compared just about any other bookmaker online. However, a bonus is a bonus, and Unibet gives their customers some risk-free action to play within the sportsbook.

The wager must be rolled over five times before it can be withdrawn. This rollover isn’t great, particularly when you consider we’re talking about £25 here. It can be cleared on any betting market, but the decimal odds must be 1.4 or greater. One caveat for the bonus is that customers cannot use Skrill or Moneybookers if they wish to take advantage of it. Unfortunately, this is a policy by many bookmakers. However, it’s an easy workaround for most as just about everyone has a credit or debit card available.

Other Unibet Promotions

Their deposit bonus may be small, but Unibet does make up for it with other promotions. Their offers are similar to many bookies that are much larger than them. Many of the promotions center on popular UK, Irish, or Western European sports, but you will occasionally get offers elsewhere.

Just some of the examples include money-back promotions and price boosts on top football and tennis markets. Their promotions are frequently updated, so checking back regularly or before you place a bet on a popular market is well worth your time.

Unibet Review Highlights

Elite Interface

Unibet’s betting software is certainly deserving of more praise. It is rarely talked about as one of the top interfaces for online sports bettors. It’s basic but extremely fast. They do an excellent job of getting as much information on each page as possible, but things still don’t seem cluttered or overwhelming.

Their full list of betting markets is listed on the right side, with the most popular events listed first, and then a full A-Z list of every sport or event available. There is also a live counter to every event that Unibet currently has for in-play betting. The bet slip isn’t listed on the page taking up space. Instead, after you click on a selection, it appears on the bottom right of the screen. Both pre-match and in-play betting menus are easy to use and definitely at the forefront of betting software.

Streaming options are available on the right of the screen for each in-play market that has live streaming. They even offer a visualization of events that don’t have live streaming or if that option isn’t available for players for whatever reason. Unibet provides players with three different odds types. Their default odds are listed in decimal format, but they fractional and American odds are also options.

Betting Markets and Odds

Unibet doesn’t lack when it comes to markets. They cover just about every sport in the world, including a nearly unlimited amount of markets on football. Western European sports will have the most betting options, but even more obscure markets have at least a half dozen extra or more extra markets besides the traditional options. When it comes to live-betting, there isn’t much of a drop-off. Football, tennis, golf, and cricket will have the most betting options, but sports like basketball and American football won’t be far behind.

They have odds on football, tennis, golf, horse racing, cricket, rugby union, American football, Australian rules, bandy, baseball, basketball, volleyball, boxing, chess, cycling, darts, e-sports, handball, ice hockey, motorsports, netball, politics, pesäpallo, poker, snooker, surfing, trotting, mixed martial arts, winter sports, and WWE. Unibet’s odds, on the whole, are fantastic. As we mentioned above, they seem to fly under the radar as an elite choice for odds. Their odds on football are some of the best online. They have a bookmaker margin of under 4%. American football also has margins of 3.8% and tennis at 4%. Their markets are mostly competitive across the board, aside from hockey, which has rather high margins compared to the rest of their markets.

Low Maximum Payouts

Unibet’s minimum wager across all markets is a mere £0.10. Their limits, on the whole, are quite small compared to other larger bookmakers. Their maximum payout per day on any market is £100,000. Punters can expect that the £100k payout is in effect for top-flight football leagues, such as English Premier League and other sports, like tennis, but that’s probably just for the main markets (win, lose, tie and Asian handicaps). Game and team propositions for the leagues will be considerably lower, along with lower division matches and those in less popular markets.

Unibet Shaky Support

Live Chat Available

Customer service is easily the biggest negative when it comes to evaluating Unibet. Their support team is either understaffed or apathetic when it comes to dealing with players. Our guess is that it’s the former. Email responses usually take up to the full 24 hours (or longer) to receive a response. These times are slow. Live chat often involves waiting a bit before receiving a response. Phone support is not 24 hours, but available until from 7 am to 1 am on weekdays. Support through that methods seems to be the best, but customers should not have to dial a phone number to receive proper support in today’s day and age.

Their KYC process is extensive, which is likely one of the reasons that customers have issues with support. It doesn’t usually start until a player runs up a balance to at least a few thousand. At which time they are requested to verify their identity. This is a process at all bookmakers (and online gambling sites for that matter), but Unibet may be slower than others in the verification process.

Unibet Deposits and Withdrawals

Processing Grade

Their cashier options are probably around the industry standard, if not slightly below. With them being such an international bookmaker, we expected more options, particularly when it comes to local alternatives to popular cashier methods. However, they don’t lack when it comes to currencies accepted. They accept Great Britain Pounds, Euros, and about a dozen or so other currencies. Chances are, if you’re able to play at Unibet, they will have your local currency.

Unibet doesn’t charge players for any deposits or withdrawals, regardless of the method. The cashier choices are mostly standard. All the primary debit and credit cards are accepted, including MasterCard and Visa. The e-wallet selection is noticeably without PayPal, but Skrill and Neteller are both listed. Other methods include bank transfers, PaySafeCard, and Ukash. The KYC process may hold up your withdrawal from being approved, but once you’re verified, Unibet handles their payouts quickly. Funds heading back to Neteller and Skrill take 12 hours at the most but are typically processed faster. Bank transfers take 1-3 business days. Withdrawals back to debit and credit cards take 3-5 business days.

Notable Payment Processors

Underrated Choice

Unibet has comparable markets and odds to the top bookmakers online but doesn’t get a fraction of the ink. They’re also a worldwide bookmaker that is active in just about every market unless they are forced out due to legal reasons. They’re an excellent site to add to your betting repertoire and one that many punters seem not to consider.

Editors Note:

Unibet are one of the biggest online bookmakers serving Europe. They’ve got a bunch of customers from Scandinavia and central Europe. Check out how they compare to the big UK bookies in this review.

Unibet first launched in 1999 and I’ve had an account with them for a number of years having first used their online poker room. In that time they’ve undergone some serious changes and of late have established themselves as one of the best betting sites you can join.

If you want to join Unibet then as a new customer you’ll get a £40 welcome offer when you sign up and access to their live streaming service, in-play betting and free mobile betting app. As an extra incentive they’ll also give new depositors a £10 casino bonus on top of the sports offer.

One of only two bookmakers we’ve awarded a full 5 star rating!

New customers only. 18+, BeGambleAware.org. Min deposit £10. Money back as bonus. Wagering requirements: Sportsbook 3x at min. odds of 1.40 (2/5), Casino 25x. Only one bonus can be used at a time, Sportsbook bonus must be wagered before using the Casino, unless the bonus has been forfeited. Bonus will expire after 7 days of opt-in.

Licensing & Safety

Lowest risk classification

How safe is Unibet?

  • UKGC license
  • Gibraltar Gov license
  • Established in 1999
  • Our safest rating

Unibet is strictly licensed by the Government of Gibraltar and the UK Gambling Commission. These two organizations are tasked with making sure that all businesses the site conducts follows the guidelines laid down in their regulatory agreements.

These licenses ensure that:

  • Protect those not old enough to gamble by having sufficient measures in place to prevent them from accessing the site.

  • Provide a service that is completely fair to all people using the site.

Unibet are strictly and online only betting platform which first established themselves in 1999. Originally their main target market was Scandinavia but in recent years they’ve moved focus on the the UK as well.

Massive range of sports

What sports are offered?

  • 35+ sports
  • Widest range available
  • Enhanced bets & accas
  • Live betting & streaming

Although Unitbet are not the largest online bookmaker in terms of customer base, they make up for this by offering a really wide range of sports which rivals all the industries biggest players.

In fact, this is probably their unique selling point – people can easily bet on the more obscure sports at Unibet. The full list of sports always offered by Unibet are:

  • American Football
  • Athletics
  • Aussie Rules
  • Baseball
  • Basketball
  • Boxing
  • Chess
  • Cricket
  • Cycling
  • Darts
  • E-Sports
  • Floorball
  • Football
  • Futsal
  • Golf
  • Greyhounds
  • Handball
  • Horse Racing
  • Ice Hockey
  • MMA
  • Motorsports
  • Netball
  • Olympics
  • Politics
  • Rugby League
  • Rugby Union
  • Snooker
  • Surfing
  • Tennis
  • Trotting
  • TV
  • UFC
  • Volleyball
  • Water Polo
  • Winter Olympics
  • Winter Sports
  • WWE & Wrestling

This massive selection of different sports is great for those with a passion for sport across the board, and in particular gambling on the more obscure pastimes.

The fact that they even offer markets on WWE wrestling and winter sports – only popular for bettors in Scandinavia – shows that they are always looking for extra markets to add to increase their presence. For their diversity alone they score well with us here and it’s certainly boosted them up the table in our bookmaker reviews section.

In-Play Betting

Up there with the best

Is live betting offered?

  • Expected range of events
  • Cash out available
  • Live scores & stats
  • Bet & watch horse racing

Unibet offer a live section which again is comparible to the best online betting sites – the only site to outdo them is really Bet365 in this area.

Down the left hand side you have all live events currently taking place and in the middle panel of the screen you have a live scores box with game stats, action areas and the live odds as well. The live section is accessed by clicking on the ‘Live Betting’ tab in the toolbar left or the top menu on website or app.

Live Streaming at Unibet…

The Unibet in play section also features live streaming, which many bookies don’t currently support, so it outscores the field here and to access streams just look for the ‘UTV’ logo next to the listed live market.

You can watch any horse race if you’ve bet a min of £1 on the race and as long as you have money in your account, or have had money in your account in the last 24 hours, you can access all other streams.

Big thumbs up here. The selection is good, thousands of events are shown, and requirements to watch are low.

Welcome Bonus

£40 welcome offer + £10 casino

  • £40 sports bonus
  • £10 casino bonus
  • Money back if first bet loses
  • 3x sports & 25x casino wagering

Unibet are giving all new punters a £40 sports offer plus £10 casino bonus when they join.

It’s by no means the best free bet out there but if you intend to join Unibet then it’s well worth having. Follow the short guide below to claim your free bet now:

  1. Go to Unibet
  2. Once on the Unibet homepage ‘Register’ a new account.
  3. Log into your new Unibet account and make a deposit of £10-£40 using your preferred method.
  4. Place a bet up to £40 (min £10) on any market Unibet has to offer and if your bet wins you’ll get paid out as normal but if it loses you’ll get your stake refunded as a free bet.
  5. £10 casino bonus auto credited after first deposit as well.
  6. Sports bonus has 3x wagering at min 1.40 odds to withdraw, casino bonus has 25x wagering.

Overall Review

Here’s our overall take on things…

Our Verdict of Unibet

One of the best bookmakers

At the very top of our review we’ve given Unibet a grade of 4 stars out of 5. At Cheeky Punter we like to rate all bookies on the quality of the site and how safe it is to use for punters, a 4 star rating is defined in our betting reviews section as ‘Good sites which pose little if any risk to player funds and have a solid reputation but lack the features to be rated higher’

There’s a couple of reason why Unibet don’t score higher than a 4 star with us at the minute…

Firstly they are very much targeted at the European market which means that a lot of the currency options on their site are in Euros – you can change this but starting off in Euros is not ideal. To change it to pounds you must fill the correct box when registering – missing that can be a pain.

The second and slightly more concerning reason we only give them a 4 star rating is because they have a bit of a reputation in the online community for closing winning punters accounts… although they always eventually payout.

We don’t like bookmakers who aren’t prepared to play the game a little with punters and whilst there aren’t enough instances on record to downgrade Unibet further for this it’s still a concern. Couple that with the wagering requirements attached to the bonus and it’s a max of 4 stars from us.

Introduction to Unibet

Unibet is one of the oldest digital bookmakers in the market, having been founded in 1997 as a betting advice telephone service.

The company’s roots as an advice service are still seen in its current form as a bookmaker. Unibet offers in-depth statistics alongside most of its extensive catalogue, and in major markets provides well-informed recommendations.

This customer-friendly approach has enabled Unibet to enjoy steady growth and it currently has 1.5 million active customers. During this journey it has been recognised with multiple industry awards, including being named the best Sports Betting Operator at the 2016 EGR Awards.

We take a look at how easy it is to open an account and game with Unibet.

Unibet welcome offer

Unibet offers new customers their money back as a bonus if their first bet loses, up to a value of £40, and a £10 bonus to use in its casino. Want to learn more? Click here for everything you need to know about the Unibet sign up offer.

Already a Unibet customer? Take advantage of all the latest bookmaker offers on our free bets page.

Unibet deposit methods

There are a number of methods available to make your first deposit, all of which are fee-free.

Once the deposit is confirmed, you are able to place your first bet. This will be tracked automatically by Unibet but if you want to ensure your bonus is triggered you can bet from the Active Bonus tab of the Bonuses menu.

Unibet has a full catalogue of markets to place bets on, both before events begin and in-play.

There are in-depth offerings on all major markets such as football, cricket, golf, boxing, horse racing, rugby, tennis and motorsports. There are also full markets for American sports, such as American football, baseball and basketball, along with a comprehensive selection of political and novelty bets.

The Unibet sportsbook has a good layout that makes finding a bet you want to make easy.

The homepage displays a range of in-play and coming bets, and the menu on the left-hand side makes it simple to track down a specific match or event from the large number on offer.

There are also links to current popular markets at the top of the left-hand menu.

When you click on a specific match Unibet stands out from competitors with the amount of information and insight it offers bettors.

For football matches, the site offers easily accessible information such as form, previous meetings and average goals. There are also player statistics such as goals, assists and cards, along with injury reports.

Unfortunately, this level of statistical insight is not available for some key markets such as rugby union, cricket and darts.

There are also Match Insights bets at the top of the page, which offer a statistical insight into the game and recommend bets based on them. Although these bets typically have low odds, often under evens, they are well thought-out and safe-looking options.

One of these bets would be best for maximising the sign-up bonus offered by Unibet.

The bonus offered by Unibet offers money back as a bonus in the event your first bet loses up to the value of £40. These well thought-out Match Insights bets offer low-risk options that are suitable for a large stake bet, and combining them with the bonus offer lowers the risk.

Odds boost and bet builder

Unibet does have a system to request a bet where you can join their community and post the bet on their board.

Alternatively you can use its live chat service and ask for the odds on a special market that is not yet on the site, with the average time to wait for a reply being an hour.

This is not as quick or sophisticated as some rivals who have an almost instant system on social media and is something that could be improved.

Unibet does offer odds boosts on a number of bets every day that are very helpful and provide some good value to customers.

Unibet’s desktop website is easy to navigate, meaning you never feel lost while navigating the vast catalogue it offers.

Unibet does a lot of sport sponsorship in the UK Credit: Getty

There is a selection of popular coming and in-play bets on the homepage and an easy-to-navigate menu to the left that lets you navigate by sport.

There is also a clear menu along the top of the homepage that lets you see in-play bets, events that you are able to stream after betting on them, and allows you to track your own bets.

You can also see any free bets and profit boosts Unibet is offering. These boosts offer extra winnings if you place bets within certain criteria, but only run for a short period of time. When we were testing the site, there was a 10% profit boost on offer for football bets with a maximum stake of £25, maximum winnings of £1,000, on fourfold combination bets with minimum leg odds of 1/5.

Unibet has mobile apps for both iOS and Android, both of which share the same depth of detail and ease of use as the desktop site.

However, when we tried it out we found the app to be slow and prone to crashing, complaints that were echoed in reviews. We recommend using its desktop site via a mobile browser when gaming on an Android or iOS device.

If you choose to use the app, please note that it is published by Kindred Group, Unibet’s parent company, rather than Unibet itself.

When using the app you will need to turn on location services so the software can ensure you are playing from a region where online gambling is legal.

Licensing information

Like all bookmakers who operate in the UK, Unibet is highly regulated.

Their website is operated through Platinum Gaming, which holds licences from both the UK Gambling Commission and the Gibraltar Gambling Commission. This ensures that your money is protected and the games hosted on the site are fair.

Unibet is also affiliated with a number of organisations that promote integrity and responsibility within gaming, such as the International Betting Integrity Association and RGA.

Their commitment to ethical gaming has led to Unibet being named 2016 Socially Responsible Operator by both the IGA and EGR.

Unibet is unique in the market for the amount of information and insight it provides for its users. While other sportsbooks offer these statistics, they are often hidden away in separate windows or tabs.

Unibet provides these to you up front, presented alongside the odds, helping you to make informed decisions about your bets and giving you confidence in your selections.

Its Match Insights are the best feature on the site. They promote intelligent bets with statistical reasoning behind them and give a real sense of confidence. The only drawback is that they aren’t available for all markets.

The website is excellent, and while the app version’s stability leaves something to be desired this can easily be overcome by using a mobile browser instead.

The only negative is Unibet’s new customer bonus, which is not as generous as many others on the market, which will at least offer to match your initial deposit as a bonus. The bonus also needs to be staked multiple times to become eligible for withdrawal, making it less desirable than a free bet or real money.

The integration of statistics into Unibet’s easy-to-navigate interface makes it a leading online bookmaker, and ensures you feel informed and confident when you choose to place a bet. It is a perfect bookmaker for those who like to take a measured and analytical approach when gaming.

Since it was established in 1997, Unibet has come to be known as one of the world’s premier betting brands complete with a massive marketing presence that sees it regularly featured in broadcast advertising and event sponsorship. The casino is regularly lauded for its large selection of casino games, big jackpot prizes, and attractive promotions designed to keep players in the action.

Responsible Gambling, Customer Support & Security

Responsible gaming is taken seriously at Unibet, as the casino has a whole section dedicated to the topic. Players can take an assessment test to see if they may be exhibiting problem gambling behaviors, and there are also links to outside gambling counseling groups that can provide help free of charge. Finally, the casino allows players to self-exclude or set betting limits on their accounts.

Customer service is available through live chat and email, with the site noting that response times were 1 minute for chat and 3 and a half hours for email as of the publication time of this review. The staff is helpful and has been able to answer all questions I threw their way pertaining to bonuses and terms.

Unibet uses 128-bit SSL encryption technology to protect player information, as the data is scrambled as it moves between the casino’s servers and the player’s computer.

Terms and Conditions, Banking.

Looking through the terms and conditions, there is nothing at Unibet that stands out as being unfair or predatory toward players.

The banking system at Unibet is fantastic, offering deposits and withdrawals through Visa, MasterCard, EntroPay, Bank Transfer, Maestro, Skrill, Neteller, and Paysafecard. There are no cashout limits at Unibet, and eWallets are paid out in under twelve hours. Other banking methods can take between one and three business days to be completed. While it’d be nice to see more deposit and withdrawal options, Unibet’s speed is fantastic and more than makes up for any lack of options when it comes to processing payments.

There are some giants in the online gambling industry, and their reach is evident when you see the companies’ names plastered all over European sporting events and teams.

I am not sure many of these teams would be nearly as profitable if it weren’t for the sponsorship dollars that come from online gambling sites. Unibet is one of those sites; you have likely seen their name on a soccer jersey on TV, or on one of the scrolling ad boards inside a stadium.

While this has not yet become a phenomenon in the North American sports industry, companies like Unibet have been in the public eye for years in Europe. I’d like you to have a read of this honest review of the Unibet platform.

About Unibet

Established in 1997, Unibet is one of the original players in the online gaming space. The company has Swedish roots but has expanded its operations into the UK over time. The casino is now part of the Unibet Gaming Group, which is a massive, publicly traded entity.

Unibet is licensed by both the UK Gaming Commission and the Malta Gaming Authority. This should give you and all the players at the site an extra degree of comfort, knowing that between these two well-respected regulatory boards there is no way that Unibet could make any shady moves, even if for some reason they wanted to.

Who Can Play at Unibet

Like most of the companies that are UK focused and that is licensed by a European gaming authority, there are restrictions placed on who can gamble at Unibet. Most prominently, players from the United States are not allowed to create accounts or play on the site. Similarly, many of the European countries that have their own set of regulations are off limits for the brand. Here is a full list of who is currently restricted from play at Unibet:

  • Afghanistan
  • Australia
  • Czech Republic
  • Denmark
  • Estonia
  • Spain
  • France
  • Hong Kong
  • Italy
  • Jordan
  • Philippines
  • Pakistan
  • Portugal
  • Romania
  • Russian Federation
  • Turkey
  • United States

Software Suppliers

Unibet prides itself on the fact that they offer one of the most comprehensive suites of online casino games available online today. To achieve this, the company has signed agreements with multiple content providers. You will find games from these software suppliers at Unibet:

  • Net Entertainment
  • Evolution Gaming
  • IGT
  • NextGen
  • Leander Games
  • Quickspin
  • WMS
  • Blueprint Gaming
  • Big Time Gaming
  • Thunderkick
  • Genesis Gaming
  • Ash Gaming
  • Relax Gaming
  • Play’n GO
  • Playtech
  • Odobo
  • Geco Gaming
  • Yggdrasil
  • Cryptologic
  • Aristocrat
  • Push Gaming
  • Microgaming
  • 2by2 Gaming
  • OpenBet
  • Stakelogic
  • Jadestone
  • Barcrest
  • Felt Gaming
  • SG Interactive
  • Skillzzgaming

A quick glance at this list reveals some of the biggest names in the casino software business. While they don’t use all of each providers’ games, they are definitely taking advantage of the best that each provider is offering to bring you the best possible offering.

The Unibet platform is available as a download, and also via Instant Play browser games. The best part of the platform for those of you on the go is that they have apps for their Casino, Poker, Sports and Live Dealer games.

The Good Stuff

Game-Specific Promotions

We have already covered the fact that Unibet is a cross-game platform, giving players the opportunity to use one single account to enjoy all different types of gambling disciplines. One thing I really love about Unibet is their attention to detail in their marketing department. There is a whole series of promotions for each game, which means no matter what you like to play now or what you may want to play in the future, you are always going to find some sort of promotion to try to get the most out of your money.

Huge Jackpots

It goes without saying that playing slots is only enhanced by the idea of spinning the reels and winning a massive jackpot. If you are like me, then the allure of a huge payday is something you can’t turn away from. At Unibet, there are currently 6 progressive jackpots that are a minimum of six-figures, with a couple in the multi-million range. Those jackpots have to burst at some point, so now is the time for you to get into the game and give it your best shot!

The Bad Stuff

Casino Lobby Design

It must be tough to manage all the different pieces of software that power the Unibet brand. That is particularly evident when you have a look at the lobby. At least the company has moved away from having two different online casinos, deciding to clean up the lobby to avoid confusion. The problem now is that the lobby is a bit confusing; the tabs don’t all fit on the screen at once, and that makes things a bit tougher for you to find the game that you are wanting to play. I will say that I am hopeful that this is just a temporary problem and that the casino is working to make the experience better than its current state.

No Reload Bonuses

Shockingly, in a world where it seems all their competitors are offering you a bonus on every deposit, Unibet has chosen to go the opposite direction. Currently, they are not advertising any reload bonuses of any type. I can’t figure out why the casino has taken this position; perhaps they are sending those offers to their players via email as a point of differentiation. At any rate, if you are someone looking to make your money on bonus clearing, you aren’t going to have many options at Unibet.

Game Selection

As we start to look into the casino games offering at Unibet, you may find yourself confused as to why some games that are listed here aren’t visible in your lobby. The answer is simple: some of the software suppliers that Unibet has chosen do not allow their licensees to deliver their games to certain markets. So, I apologize in advance if you see a game listed here that you can’t find when you are logged in to your Unibet account…I promise it’s still worth giving the casino a try!

There are literally hundreds of slot games for you to try at Unibet. Given the fact that they are pulling from some of the top software developers in the world, you are going to love all the options available to play. Whether you like your games to have a developed theme to them, or just like the classic reels of a Lucky 7 machine, you are bound to find a title you will enjoy from the over 500 in the lobby!

Here is just a sample of the slots games you will find at Unibet:

Table Games

If you are more of a Table Games player than a slots player, then you and I have a lot in common. Trust me when I tell you that you won’t see an array of table games like the one at Unibet at many other casinos. The company has gone out of their way to bring you as many variants of your favorite games as possible. Whether you enjoy the traditional versions of games like Blackjack and Roulette, or you want to give some of the more adventurous options, Unibet can accommodate your desires.

Look at all the different Table Games you can try at this casino:

Video Poker

I will say that I am a bit shocked to find so few variants of video poker available at Unibet. It is a very popular game with a particular type of gambler; one that crosses over very nicely with poker and sports betting. They do offer the standards; I won’t find myself playing a ton here because I can find better video poker options elsewhere.

  • Jacks or Better
  • Deuces Wild
  • All American
  • Jokers Wild

Live Dealer Casino

Unibet uses Evolution Gaming for their Live Dealer offering. This software company is solely focused on developing leading Live Dealer games, and the quality can be seen at Unibet. Sit down with one of the Evolution dealers and try some of these games:

  • Baccarat
  • Blackjack
  • Casino Hold’Em
  • Money Wheel
  • Caribbean Stud Poker
  • Three Card Poker
  • Ultimate Texas Hold’Em

The Unibet platform was built on the back of sports bettors, and the site continues to promote their brand heavily in the sporting arenas of Europe. If you like to bet on sports occasionally or with a little more passion, you will find a full array of betting options at this site. Having a unified wallet means you don’t have to transfer money in and out of the sportsbook, which only makes it easier to take a crack at one of your favorite sports.

There is a whole host of sportsbook based promotions; from free bets, to match play and a chance to meet an F1 driver at a race in Europe. Once you open up the sportsbook lobby, you can find the following sports to bet on:

  • NFL Football
  • Horse racing
  • Tennis
  • Baseball
  • Basketball
  • Australian rules football
  • Golf
  • Cricket
  • Boxing
  • Rugby
  • Darts
  • Snooker
  • Soccer
  • Winter Sports
  • Esports
  • Hockey
  • Motorsports
  • Politics

There is also a live streaming section of the site where you can watch some of the sports action from around the world, which leads well into Unibet’s in-game betting platform.

Rounding out the Unibet Platform is their poker offering. Now, let’s not get too carried away here; the poker product is not nearly as exciting as other parts of this casino. However, having a one-account system will give you access to the poker games without having to make a separate deposit, and that’s a good thing, right?

The poker platform features cash tables from as little as a penny, as well as a full range of single table and multi-table tournaments. The site also runs its own land-based events, for which you can buy in directly or qualify through many of their tournaments and promotions. For a smaller poker site, Unibet’s poker has everything we could ask for from a recreational site.

While there are dozens of promotions across the Unibet platform, this review is going to focus on the casino-themed promotions.

What I love about this promotion are the different layers; you are being guided to play their Live Dealer games, but not just one particular game. Also, if you play these games on your mobile, you get bonus points, which is a great way for the casino to get you to download their app. I love everything this promotion has to offer.

VIP Program

Unibet loves to trumpet their VIP Program as the best in the business. I haven’t played enough to be invited to be one of their VIP players, so I am flying a bit blind on this. Here is what the site says they use as a qualification for their program:

  • Interaction

The VIP team take website interaction, deposit amounts, and frequency into consideration when inviting players to the VIP program

  • Cross-Product Players

Loyal customers who use multiple products with Unibet are more likely to receive an invite to the VIP program

Yes, this is a subjective program, but it sounds like it is worth it. The VIP players not only get access to their own team in the Unibet Customer Service department, but they also get a whole host of perks, including trips to some of the most exclusive live sporting events around the globe.

The VIP program means a lot to Unibet; they tout it as a program “by players, for players.” They are always looking to make the service as personalized as possible, so I am sure there is reason for you to try to attain this special distinction.

Customer Service

Aside from the specialized VIP Customer Service Team, the folks at Unibet have a full, multi-lingual customer service team that is available for you 24/7 to take care of any concerns you have. You can reach the customer service team via phone, live chat, and email. As an added touch, the site gives you the average response times for each method. That’s a ballsy move by the company, but for the record, here is what they have listed at the time of the review:

  • Telephone: 8 seconds
  • Live Chat: 11 seconds
  • Email: 45 minutes

Would I Play at Unibet?

I am partial to sites that not only have been around for a long time but also to companies that are publicly traded. This shows me that a site has had the ability to retain players and avoid anything scandalous that might put my deposit in jeopardy. Also, I love that I have one central account to be able to use for casino, sports, lottery and poker betting. All in all, I would say that despite a lack of great video poker options and a website that is a bit clunky, you would be well served to give Unibet a try.

The complete review of Unibet will encompass what you can expect from the site before you even arrive. The hope here is to give you a good idea of what the sportsbook can offer you and how you can benefit from Unibet for your sports betting needs!

The Sportsbook

Simply put, the sportsbook at Unibet is absolutely massive.

They have a tremendous selection and variety of sports to choose from. In other words, if you are looking to bet on a sport aside from the major players in the sports betting industry, Unibet is going to have it.

Of course, Unibet also offers live betting, so you can get in on the action as it unfolds.

Like many other sportsbooks, Unibet offers odds in the three major formats, including decimal, American, and fractional, so feel free to use whatever format works best for you!

Their sportsbook also includes a small bonus where you can claim a free bet with what they refer to as the “multiples promotion.” The free bet promotion is for soccer only and is explained in a clear format when clicked on inside of the sportsbook.

The sportsbook also offers a variety of sections on its main interface to help you stay in touch with the action. There is an “In-Play” section where you can view the scores and current odds of live action. There is also an “Upcoming” section that previews the action that is upcoming in multiple sports. There is a “Top Football Leagues” section where you can view the upcoming action from the top football leagues in Europe. Keep in mind that this is a European site, so soccer is referred to as football, and American football would include the NFL and college football. Lastly, there is a section dedicated to NFL football, including upcoming games and futures.

Overall, the sportsbook at Unibet is an impressive one and one that would be recommended for non-US players.

Sports You Can Bet On

As mentioned, there is a massive variety of sports available for betting on Unibet. Of course, the world’s most popular sports are available. This would include soccer, American football (NFL, college), basketball (NBA, college, European), UFC/MMA, ice hockey (NHL and European leagues), and horse racing.

Want to bet on other sports? No problem. On Unibet, you can bet on tennis, golf, cricket, boxing, motorsports, rugby, volleyball, and Australian Rules football.

Still not satisfied? How about chess, floorball, trotting, greyhounds, cycling, snooker, sumo wrestling, and handball? These types of sports are certainly not offered at a lot of sportsbooks. However, being a European sportsbook, we can understand that these types of betting opportunities would be offered.

Again, there are 35 different avenues for betting here, even with non-sports such as politics and TV and novelty. Politics are a fairly common theme in sportsbooks, and the TV and novelty area can be a fun place to be when there is an award show or something of that nature that draws a massive audience.

There are certainly some out-of-the-box options at Unibet as well as the main sports that millions of bettors worldwide wager on every day of the week.

Esports Coverage

Yes, esports are available at Unibet, too.

There are various esports leagues available for betting, including CS:GO, Heroes of the Storm, League of Legends, Overwatch, and StarCraft II. Of course, there are various esports subleagues available at Unibet, but we won’t go into great detail there.

Obviously, the esports coverage here is once again extensive like the rest of the sportsbook as a whole. There is both a live and upcoming section of the esports area, and you can of course bet on all of the championships taking place around the world.

User Interface

We are really fond of the interface when it comes to Unibet.

In terms of graphics, it is a bit on the light side, as the homepage incorporates graphics that are used from the “games” section of the site, but we also think the graphics in the sportsbook aren’t all too great.

That said, the interface is very good. It is very easy to toggle through odds, and it is very easy to switch the odds into the three aforementioned formats.

In terms of the ability to view and make wagers, this site is pretty top-notch. When you click on the sport which you wish to bet on, all of the subleagues immediately pop up to the right of the list of sports. At that point, you simply click on the subleague you wish to bet on, and from there, the odds on individual games and matches are easily readable and legible in a very quick manner.

Of course, the live betting section of these sports is very easy to see right away and wager on.

In many instances, what is commonly referred to as “futures” but called “Outrights” on Unibet is also a tab at the top of the page when a sport is clicked on. Therefore, you get the list of upcoming games, live action, futures or outrights, and also an “All” section that once again shows all the subleagues that you can bet on.

Overall, the interface at Unibet is very user-friendly and very clean, more so than a lot of other betting sites out there.

The Casino

The casino section at Unibet is a good one, with plenty of action available for betting.

What we like about the casino area here is the fact that there is a “getting started” section where you can go and learn about the basics of each casino game as well as watch a user-friendly video.

The casino section also encompasses a tournaments tab where you can go and check out all of the upcoming and past casino tournaments offered by Unibet.

You can certainly expect to the see the same casino games that you will find at all betting sites that offer casinos. However, like their sportsbook, Unibet has a wide variety of casino games available for betting. The interface is solid here and lit up with graphics, which is what we would usually expect from a casino section.

Overall, the casino section here is once again impressive and worth taking a peek at if that is something that is part of your overall betting plan.

Deposit Methods

You can quickly make a deposit into your already-created Unibet account in a few different forms, including a lot of today’s most popular methods. It does not, however, accept cryptocurrencies as a method of deposit like some of the biggest sportsbooks in the world do.

Still, the deposit methods at Unibet are plentiful and would satisfy the vast majority of potential users minus those who are solely using cryptos as their method of deposit.

At this point in time, the following methods are accepted for deposit by Unibet.

In terms of all of these methods, it appears that the e-wallet method is most efficient due to the processing time being the smallest, considering all methods are free of a fee charge.

Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotions can be a big difference-maker for sportsbooks, considering bettors have quite the selection to choose from when deciding which sportsbook to entrust with their business.

It’s worth mentioning that the first-time deposit bonus with Unibet isn’t great, and it’s certainly not comparable to other sportsbooks that we have seen. That said, there are still promotions within the sportsbook that Unibet provides their users with that are attractive.

Bonus 1: A Risk-Free Bet Bonus on the Sportsbook

In other words, if you lose your first bet using Unibet’s sportsbook, they will refund 100% of your bet up to $30 USD.

This isn’t a bad promotion. However, the euro or dollar limit (among other currencies) is rather low. Still, if you are a new bettor and are not wagering large sums of money, then the risk-free first bet is an attractive promotion to take advantage of.

Promotion 1: Win a Dream Football Trip and Share of E10K (expired)

This promotion here is for soccer bettors, more specifically the Nations League.

The objective is to place winning bets on the highest odds in the Nations League between September 3rd and 11th. The 50 players with the highest winning odds will share the 10K Euro price pool. The winner will win the dream trip to a soccer match of their choice along with $1.5K Euro cash.

While this promotion is expired, it’s nice to see that Unibet offers limited-time promotions that account holders can take advantage of.

Promotion 2: Multiple Free Bet (Limited Time)

This one we mentioned above, and it also has to do with strictly soccer.

If you place at least 10 Euros on a four-pick multiple, or parlay, you get 5 Euros credited to your account within 72 hours.

If you are a multiple, or parlay, bettor, this is a really nice offer, as you are getting paid to essentially do what you normally do. Hey, if you win your parlay, this is a win-win situation!

As mentioned, the sportsbook bonuses and promotions at Unibet aren’t exactly up to snuff when it comes to other sportsbooks we’ve seen from around the world. Still, if you are a soccer bettor, these promotions can still certainly work to your benefit.

Customer Service

When it comes to customer service at Unibet, the options on the site are solid.

The “About Us” section is adequate with security information, privacy information, terms and conditions, and information related to cookies. What is especially important to protect the integrity of the site and its users is the “know when to stop” section that can aid its account holders with a possible gambling problem or addiction. There is also a “Test your gambling profile” section where you can perhaps get a better idea of what type of bettor you are and what your limits might be.

The Unibet Community is a nice peer-to-peer section where users can share their thoughts and discuss topics of interest when it comes to utilizing the Unibet site. This is a great tool for potential or current users to engage and identify topics and themes that are of interest to them. This can only be a positive for the site.

There is also a live chat option at Unibet that can be found when clicking on the “contact us” button at the bottom of some of the pages. You can also contact Unibet via email. However, a phone number is not readily available on the site.

As online casinos go, Unibet is a very large and well established organisation. Having originally launched an online gaming website in 1997, Unibet have gone from strength to strength. They are now one of the biggest online casinos in Europe, have customers in 150 countries, cater to over 4.8 million customers and are publicly listed on the Nordic OMX.

As of early 2019 the Kindred group has decided they will no longer address complaints submitted to this service. This decision appears to have followed on directly from a responsible gambling complaint against 32Red managed by this service, wherein the complainant both repeatedly asked for support staff to excluded them and expressed suicidal feelings due to their losses without the operator taking appropriate actions to ensure the player could not access their gambling services. The operator were not inclined to refund losses to the player until such point as we suggested taking guidance from the UKGC on this matter, at which point they adopted a more appropriate position. Following this issue, the next complaints submitted to ThePOGG.com against Kindred group properties have received the response that Kindred are not prepared to work with ThePOGG.com's ADR services.

Unibet hold the following gambling licenses :

  • United Kingdom Gambling Commission - The UKGC are widely considered to be the most reputable regulators involved in the online gambling market. They do not manage complaints for players directly, instead requiring their operators to appoint a UKGC accredited Alternative Dispute Resolution service. As such the value of this license for players depends largely on the professionalism of the ADR service utilised. Unibet currently use eCOGRA.
  • Malta Gaming Authority - In our experience the MGA is the best regulatory authority in terms of the management of player complaints. Their complaints team is open and cooperative in the discussion of player issues and we've managed to resolve a number of credible player issues working with the MGA. You can find further information regarding this regulator's complaint policies.

Closing Thoughts

The management of the last complaint we actually managed to review against the Kindred operated properties was in our opinion highly questionable. It was a clear cut case and the appropriate action should have been taken without any need for us to apply pressure. That the response to this issue appear to have been to shut down any further dialogue on future complaint issues only exacerbates our concerns.

Weekly Parlay Boost

The Weekly Parlay Boost provides a bonus for bettors who place normal parlays. Depending on the number of legs in your parlay, Unibet will give a bonus on your profits if it wins.

For instance, a three-leg parlay gets a 10% boost, a four-leg receives a 20% boost and a five-leg gets a 30% boost.

To qualify, each part of the parlay must have odds of -500 or better. You can receive all three available parlay boosts once a week. Also, you must place this bet pregame, and the maximum wager is $25.

100K Pigskin Parlay

Unibet also showcases a promotion around NFL betting. With the 100K Pigskin Parlay, players can receive a bonus of $100,000 if their parlay does extraordinarily well.

To have a chance to win, you must place a $10, six-team parlay on NFL spread bets for games occurring that week. If all six teams cover the point spread, then you will win the normal payout for the parlay. However, if all six teams cover the spread by an additional 9.5 points, then you will win the six-figure bonus on top of the standard payout.

If more than one Unibet customer were to win in the same week, then the $100,000 prize will be split equally. Unibet players can enter three of these parlays each week.

Bet and Spend a Night with the NJ Devils

Another regular promo at Unibet Sportsbook could win you free New Jersey Devils tickets. By simply betting on any NHL market during a specified prize period, you will earn tickets in the prize draw.

Every $10 wager gets you one ticket into the draw. Prize periods run throughout the NHL season.

Unibet Sportsbook app

Note: the Unibet NJ sportsbook app is available for both iOS (iPhone, iPad) and Android in NJ. The Unibet PA App is available for Android  but not yet available for iOS. It will be released at a later date. iPhone and iPad users can use the Unibet Sportsbook through any web browser with the GeoGuard Location Validator installed.

In-play wagering works best on a mobile app, and Unibet Sportsbook has converted its European app to American platforms for both iOS and Android devices.

The first thing you will notice is that the mobile app and the website are identical in function and design. That also means that no matter what you want to do, you’ll be able to do it on the website or the app with the same ease.

If you want to only use the mobile app for all of your Unibet plays, you can. You are able to do everything, from registering for a new account to depositing and withdrawing funds, to placing and managing wagers.

Remember, you must enable location services when you want to place a bet. Unibet’s app must be able to use your phone to verify that you are within the state lines of New Jersey or Pennsylvania.

Sign up at Unibet Sportsbook

Joining Unibet is a simple process in both NJ and PA.  To create an account, you must provide some general information, including your:

  • Name
  • Date of birth
  • Address
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Social Security number

Also, you will have to create a username and password for accessing the online sportsbook. There are fields to enter security questions, too, for added protection to your account.

Once you finish entering all of the necessary information, you must confirm your age and agree to Unibet’s terms and conditions. A photo ID is not required to complete Unibet’s sign-up process in either NJ or PA.

Registration eligibility at Unibet Sportsbook

Essentially, Unibet’s eligibility requirements are the same in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Bettors need to be at least 21 years old and physically located within their respective states to bet on Unibet.

Unibet utilizes geolocation technology to determine your exact location when you access the online sportsbook. Those using the sports betting app will need to turn on their devices’ location services, whereas those betting through the website must download a location plug-in.

The only other restrictions for Unibet are for individuals with specific jobs that could influence the results of sporting events. For example, players, coaches, trainers and referees in relevant sports are all prohibited from playing on Unibet. Others not allowed to gamble at online sportsbooks include key employees at casinos.

Unibet Sportsbook – banking and payouts

Bettors can deposit and withdraw funds through several methods at Unibet Sportsbook. These banking options will be the same for NJ, PA& CO bettors.

Deposit options include:

  • ACH (e-check)
  • Cash at the retail casino cage
  • Credit and debit cards: Mastercard or Visa
  • Online bank transfer
  • PayNearMe
  • PayPal
  • Unibet Prepaid Play+ card

The minimum deposit is $10. By connecting your bank account or credit card to Unibet, you can make instant deposits that are safe from fraud or abuse.

If you use PayPal to connect to your Unibet account, you can also make instant transactions that are safe and guaranteed by PayPal.

If you don’t want to use these methods, you can send in e-checks, cashier’s checks, personal checks or cash deposits made through PayNearMe locations found throughout the state.

Withdrawal methods include:

  • Cash at the retail casino cage
  • Online bank transfer
  • PayPal
  • Unibet Prepaid Play+ card

Withdrawals from your Unibet account can be very fast, providing that you used one of the instant ways to make your deposit: a bank transfer, PayPal account or credit card.

If you used an e-check, cashier’s check or one of the other means of making a deposit, you need to arrange for Unibet to deposit an electronic check into your bank account or to send a check to your mailing address. That final option will naturally result in a delay of several days.

Betting options at Unibet Sportsbook

Unibet offers several betting options in NJ and PA. The online sportsbook allows its players to place bets in the following ways:

  • Futures
  • Live in-game betting
  • Moneylines
  • Point spreads
  • Totals
  • Props
  • Parlays
  • Teasers
  • Round robins

Unibet provides every bet type that players have come to expect from online sports wagering apps. The most popular is live, in-game betting.

Live betting is popular because you can place bets during a game right from your phone on the Unibet app.

Besides continuously updated odds on common lines, like point spreads and totals, Unibet live betting provides a lot more options than you can bet on pre-game.

Players can bet on a variety of alternate lines as well as team and player props. Unibet’s live, in-game betting works the same in PA NJ & CO.

Unibet rewards

At this point, Unibet does not offer a rewards program for its customers.

Since so many online sportsbooks tend to roll out some version of a point system with their retail partners, many expect Unibet to do the same eventually.

With Unibet’s partnerships with the Hard Rock Atlantic City and Mohegan Sun Pocono in place, it wouldn’t be surprising to see a rewards program established sooner rather than later.
